It’s fair to say that the Dallas fairgrounds, home to the Cotton Bowl, was a pretty happy place Saturday. Especially for fans of the Texas Longhorns, who packed the 1930-era stadium in burnt orange for the annual Red River Showdown AKA Red River Shootout between the Texas Longhorns and the Oklahoma Sooners (TX 24 OU 17 – Final).

Ditto that for a fan of panorama iphoneography, who was blissing out with her new iPhone 6s at a different kind of shootout where there was a different kind of fun. ♣

Inspiring shots! I need to schedule some time to simply play with my iPhone 6. I have not experimented with the panorama function at all, but you’ve inspired me!

Thanks, Tui! Just did 1440 miles of the Texas Panhandle in six days—whew!! Nice to come back to your comment. So glad if I’ve inspired you. As you know, Texas is just made for panoramas.
